ERKAN OGUR & ISMAIL HAKKI DEMIRCIOGLU:
Erkan Ogur and Ismail Hakki Demircioglu, the two masters of Turkish folk music, are playing a repertoire, consisting of many old and some very old Anatolian folk songs. In this respect, they call this experience, “an attempt to remember together”.
Their unique and masterful way of interpreting these folk songs in a duo format, have created a new style in Turkish folk music.
